ulliRole: MA Corporate Attorney (Remote) /liliLocation: Remote (Work from Anywhere) /li /ul /brh3Role Overview /h3 /brpWe are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a full-time -based MA Corporate Securities Attorney to oversee securities filings, corporate governance, and transactional compliance. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brulliDraft and review merger and acquisition agreements, disclosure documents, and proxy statements. /liliEnsure compliance with SEC regulations, including SEC filings such as Forms S-1, S-3, 8-K, and 10-K. /liliAdvise on corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder meeting documentation. /liliConduct due diligence for MA transactions and securities offerings. /liliLiaise with external counsel, investment banks, and regulatory bodies as needed. /li /ul /brh3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 /brulliLicensed attorney in good standing with experience in securities law. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in MA and corporate law, with SEC filing expertise.
