NDT TECHNICIAN (UT / MT / VT)

Location: Italy
Working Hours: Tempo pieno
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing and evaluating Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on welded components and structures, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements.

Main Responsibilities

- Perform Non-Destructive Testing using:
- UT (Ultrasonic Testing)
- MT (Magnetic Particle Testing)
- VT (Visual Testing)

- Evaluate and interpret inspection results.
- Prepare technical reports and inspection documentation.
- Verify the compliance of welded structures and metal fabrications.
- Liaise with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments.

Requirements

- Valid ISO 9712 certification.
- Qualification in UT, MT, and VT methods.
- Previous experience in NDT inspections on metal fabrications and welded structures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of the main quality control standards applicable to welding inspections.
- Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently.
