If you enjoy getting to the root cause of problems, working hands-on with machinery, and finding better ways of doing things, you'll feel at home here. /ppThe Role /ppAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of the maintenance team, supporting the day-to-day operation of the plant. Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help improve reliability across the site. /ppYou'll work closely with colleagues on shift, ensuring machinery is maintained, repaired, and ready to perform when it's needed most. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pbWhat You'll Do /b /pulliCarry out routine, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment /liliDiagnose mechanical faults and identify the root cause of failures /liliDismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and components /liliOrganise maintenance activities efficiently, including selecting and checking spare parts /liliPropose practical improvement solutions and preventative measures to reduce downtime /liliComplete maintenance records accurately using Maximo CMMS, including hours worked, parts used, and technical notes /liliSupport larger maintenance activities where multiple technicians are required /liliMaintain tools, workshop equipment, and maintenance areas in good order /liliFollow all site safety procedures, regulations,
