Business Development Specialist
Evidilya , the dedicated Contract Research Organization of SPRIM Health Group, is a full-service CRO with international expertise in designing and managing observational, pre-clinical and clinical studies in the Food & Nutrition, Pharma and MedTech/Medical Device industries.
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Milan.

Perform market analysis, keep up to date with market trends and monitor competitors’ strategies
Take part in all stages of the new client acquisition process: from attending first meetings with prospective clients to collect data and needs, to supporting the development of proposals (presentations, agreements, etc.), through to finalizing the collaboration
Support the business development and sales strategy
Manage and update the Evidilya CRM, producing reports on the status of the client acquisition pipeline
Scientific degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical or Natural Sciences)




At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context
Fluent English (C1)
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strategic and innovative mindset
RAL range: € 26.000 – 30.000, commensurate with experience
Hybrid working model with 9 remote working days per month and flexible working hours
Meal vouchers (€ 8 per working day) and a company welfare platform
A structured onboarding and continuous training programme (business development, negotiation, soft skills)
Direct involvement in the full client acquisition cycle, from first contact to signed agreement, working closely with the BU Director
Exposure to a diverse client base across Food & Nutrition, Pharma and MedTech
