Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.. /ppFind out more about Kanadevia Inova at /ph3Job Description /h3pYour responsibilities /pulliLead civil tender preparation and pre-construction activities for multidisciplinary EPC projects. /liliDevelop civil tender, procurement and subcontracting strategies, including package scopes, interfaces and delivery programmes. /liliCoordinate constructability reviews and develop construction methodologies, sequencing, logistics and programme inputs. /liliManage civil subcontract procurement from market assessment and enquiry preparation through bid evaluation, negotiation and contract award. /liliMaintain continuity from tender through to project execution, ensuring effective transfer of key assumptions, risks, commercial agreements and contract requirements. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pYour experiences /pulliDegree in Civil Engineering,
Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. /liliMore than 10 years' experience in civil construction, pre-construction, tendering or commercial management on multidisciplinary projects. /liliStrong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, constructability, sequencing, productivity, interfaces and programme development. /liliProven experience developing procurement and subcontracting strategies and preparing enquiry and contract documentation for major civil works packages. /liliStrong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical and commercial issues. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliResponsible challenge with diversified field of activity /liliTeam-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company /liliPersonal development opportunities through the own Inova Academy /liliOpportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines /liliAttractive working place (central, good transport links) /li /ulpbCompensation /b /ppBasic wage component (gross): 70000 EUR/year /ppThis amount is our minimal offered salary.
