This role involves representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. The attorney will draft and file petitions, motions, and other legal documents, while providing strategic advice to clients navigating financial distress. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liRepresent clients in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. /li liDraft and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents with courts. /li liProvide legal advice to clients on debt restructuring, asset protection, and creditor negotiations. /li liConduct legal research to ensure compliance with federal and state bankruptcy laws. /li liAttend court hearings, client meetings, and creditor meetings as required. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications:
