ams OSRAM in Ponte Recente, IT is seeking a Senior Staff Lab Validation Engineer to lead bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog and high-speed digital ICs. You will develop validation plans, characterize devices across PVT and drive root-cause analysis of silicon issues.
The role requires a Master’s in EE or related field and 8+ years in semiconductor validation, with strong instrumentation skills and experience from first silicon to production.
