About the roleAs our Delivery Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Scrambly’s product and engineering organization. You will work closely with the CTO, engineering leads, product, QA,
and design teams to ensure that all initiatives — from core features to experiments — move from idea to production efficiently and with high quality. This is not a pure Scrum Master role. It is a high-impact, execution-focused position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure, removing chaos, and ensuring that both delivery execution and feature readiness run smoothly and effectively. You will define and run processes, coordinate releases, lead estimation and planning, ensure documentation hygiene, and help maintain smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution & Delivery Management: Drive end-to-end delivery across technical and design teams by leading Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand-ups). Ensure accurate estimations, mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain predictable release schedules while balancing urgent business priorities.
