As a BMC Helix Administrator (Remote) at Müller’s Solutions, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our BMC Helix environments. Key Responsibilities

- Administer BMC Helix applications, including workflows, dashboards, and reports, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, facilitating the effective use of the platform.
- Manage system upgrades, patches,
and configuration changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and best practices for future reference.
- Analyze system functionalities and stakeholder needs to recommend enhancements and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on BMC Helix developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT service management solutions.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in administering BMC Helix or similar IT Service Management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of BMC Helix architecture, components, and administration.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management workflows within BMC Helix.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams an
