From day one, you’ll play an active role in the Trade Effectiveness team within the Marketing HQ in Milan, contributing to the development and delivery of online learning initiatives for Pirelli’s B2B clients and salesforce across key international markets. As part of the Trade Effectiveness team within the Marketing HQ in Milan, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic environment where digital innovation and global collaboration are at the core of daily activities.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Supporting the design, execution, and localization of digital training content tailored to different markets and audiences (clients and internal sales teams).
- Collaborating with international and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training programs.
- Managing and updating the online training platforms, including the e-learning portal and mobile training app.
- Experimenting innovative formats such as videos, podcasts, and live sessions to enhance learner engagement.
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, analyzing data to assess training performance and recommend improvements.
- Adapting complex technical content into engaging and understandable materials for training purposes.
- Preparing impactful and well-structured PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong digital skills and familiarity with online platforms and content creation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in international and multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for innovation, with a proactive attitude and willingness to explore new formats and tools.
- Good analytical mindset to interpret training performance metrics and propose enhancements (Excel).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic knowledge of content management systems or learning platforms is a plus.
