Responsabilities
- Planning, scheduling and giving maximum priority to Depot Maintenance activities.
- Timing them as first goal.Reporting Depot maintenance activities status and follow up.Interface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams and all kind of external company teams.
- Supervision/coordination of maintenance activities on all trains in workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetings.Keep always a general and updated overview about crucial spare parts availability.
- Being informed about workshop infrastructure status,
especially about needed special tool to carry maintenance activity out.
- Check production team workload under control, in order to ensure the best saturation as possible.Managing any problems with extraordinary planning meetings (if required).
- Verification of compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycle (hand over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre-service check and hand over out).
- Verification of compliance with scheduled departure and arrival time in Depot. Check and reporting of all delay reasons.Translating production and commercial service issue within working orders.Ensuring that all updated planning informations are spread out within workshop in real time mode.
- Playing on the whiteboards in the workshop of the maintenance slots scheduled during the planning meetings.Bringing into default planning items special request coming from all project team and scheduling them using SAP system.Reporting a
