Responsabilità
- Lead, coach, and develop software engineers while fostering an inclusive culture of ownership, learning, and innovation.
- Deliver complex engineering initiatives supporting loyalty experiences and platform capabilities across Expedia Group brands.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define priorities,
align roadmaps, and deliver customer value.
- Communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leaders and executives.
- Influence architectural decisions and guide scalable, reliable, and maintainable engineering solutions.
- Build partnerships across teams to deliver loyalty capabilities spanning the traveler journey.
- Help shape an integrated platform and experience organization that enables engineers to work across technologies and domains.
- Provide technical leadership across distributed systems, APIs, and services supporting rewards, benefits, and traveler engagement.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience leading software engineering teams in a technology organization.
- Experience developing engineers and future leaders through coaching, feedback, and career support.
