Responsabilità Identify issues, form hypotheses, and conduct analyses to produce actionable client recommendations.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients across Europe to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
Contribute to the design and implementation of Lean Manufacturing solutions tailored to client needs.




Develop and deliver tailor-made implementations that yield positive, sustainable impact.
Engage in continuous learning and apply new skills through structured coaching and mentorship.
Communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, in English and local language.
Support cross-functional teams with problem solving and strategic thinking in client projects.
Requisiti fondamentali Master’s degree
Broad experience in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Toyota Production System, kaizen, TPM, JIT, SMED)
Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
Willingness and ability to undertake European assignments during the work week
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in English and local office language
