Responsabilità Identify client issues and develop hypotheses through problem framing
Design and conduct analyses to inform recommendations
Synthesize findings into actionable procurement strategies and objectives
Collaborate with cross-border teams to support clients’ business goals
Develop and implement purchasing solutions and supplier development initiatives
Engage in ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring from senior leaders
Requisiti fondamentali Master’s degree and exceptional academics
Broad experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management (e.g., global sourcing, category management, RfQ, negotiations)
Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities
Willingness to relocate or take on European assignments
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
