Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Specialist to work on a full-time basis. The role involves reviewing and drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing guidance on legal matters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities: Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all legal processes.
Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles is required.
Knowledge of corporate law, compliance,
and regulatory frameworks is essential.
Strong research and analytical skills to assess legal risks and solutions.
Proficiency in legal document management systems or relevant tools.
Effective written and verbal communication for legal and non-legal stakeholders.
