QUALITY SPECIALIST (QPE) (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS
Ensure compliance with customer, internal, legal, and Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements throughout serial production.
Drive structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as PSCS, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other quality tools.
Lead investigations of quality issues, identify root causes, and coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.




Coordinate sorting activities and quality containment actions within production and external service providers when required.
Monitor, evaluate, and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven decision making.
Plan, perform, and follow up on product audits and process audits, ensuring compliance with defined standards and customer requirements.
Support internal, customer, certification, and IATF 16949 audits, including preparation, execution, follow-up, and closure of audit findings.
Verify fulfillment of product requirements according to engineering drawings, specifications, standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or another related technical field.
Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality, or Automotive Quality.
