Overview
As Delivery Assurance Lead in our SHaPE practice, you will drive and implement digital transformation and organizational changes for public sector and healthcare clients. Based in Milan or Rome, you work with senior management to deliver impactful, sustainable improvements through governance, process redesign, and service optimization. You will manage end-to-end delivery using Prince2 and Agile, translating strategy into practical initiatives. This role offers strong mentorship, a global network, and a rigorous development path to accelerate your leadership impact.

Responsabilità Lead delivery and implementation after setup using Prince2 and Agile frameworks
Manage operational project management with strong execution for public sector and healthcare clients
Collaborate with senior management to deliver digital transformation, organizational development, and process optimization




Oversee governance, service redesign, and workforce organizational changes
Identify value-creation opportunities and ensure benefits are sustained post-engagement
Plan, deliver, and implement organizational changes with appropriate management tools
Translate strategic objectives into practical implementation initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali Masters degree in business, economics or engineering
8+ years of experience delivering digital transformation projects in public sector or public healthcare
Solid knowledge of project management delivery using MS Project, Prince2, Agile
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and persistence
Strong communication adaptable to diverse stakeholders
Fluent in English and Italian
