Baccarat Hotel Rome is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our pre-opening leadership team. You will design and implement payroll processes that comply with Italian law and align with the luxury standards of Baccarat.
As a founding member of the payroll function, you will build scalable systems, establish controls, and partner with Finance, People Operations and the external payroll provider to ensure accurate, timely payroll before opening.
