Deel is seeking an Associate Director of Tax Accounting in Napoli to lead tax accounting and reporting for growth and IPO readiness. You will translate tax strategy into compliant financial reporting and oversee ASC 740 / IAS 12 disclosures across multiple jurisdictions.
Collaborating with senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams, you will drive high-quality tax reporting, maintain SOX-aligned controls, and monitor tax law changes affecting IPO positions.
