Job Trainee – Cacao of Excellence

About the position based in perugia, italy, the incumbent will provide office assistance and general support to the processing of cacao bean samples under the supervision of the cacao of excellence manager.
responsibilities assist with the processing of cacao bean samples into cacao mass, chocolate or other chocolate‑derived products (cleaning, roasting, breaking, winnowing, milling, tempering, etc.).
clean laboratory areas as required and support hygiene activities to ensure food safety.
support the production of valorisation products for award ceremonies and diversity sets.
provide office assistance on procurement and logistics, including inventory management of supplies and consumables.
assist in organising visits and events at the lab, including catering and maintenance of the open space.
support the implementation of training programmes and related activities involving trainees.




perform other duties related to the process as guided by the cacao of excellence manager.
requirements secondary school education.
working knowledge of microsoft office suite.
good command of english (written and spoken).
interpersonal, teamwork, courtesy and tact.
ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
strong personal organisation, priority setting and time‑management skills.
attention to detail and client‑oriented service approach.
desirable previous internships.
work experience in an international environment.
benefits monthly salary €1217.
contract of 11months, potentially extendable.
work schedule friday to tuesday.
