Xylem is seeking a Senior Sales Manager EMEA (m/f/d) to lead ultrapure water (EDI & LAB) sales across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Based in UK, Spain or Italy, you will lead regional teams, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and accelerate profitable growth for the Treatment Solutions portfolio.
The role requires 12+ years in water treatment sales with 7–10 years in leadership, strong customer networks, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
