Job Title Operations Specialist
Fully proficient Floor Management professional working independently on floor planning, exhibitor placement, venue layouts, event-floor coordination and operational planning activities.
Operations Specialist in the Events and Trade Show Sector for Maternity Leave Replacement. You have experience in the sector? Are you proficient in English and interested in working in an international, dynamic environment?
Responsibilities and Duties Manage or participate in managing and coordinating the operations for the shows within the portfolio.
Prepare the "Participation Dossier", verify, together with the legal firm, the aspects related to the Regulations and GDPR (Privacy) and ensure their correct implementation in the event documentation; prepare the Useful Information for Exhibitors.
Draft (using AutoCAD LT) and validate the event layout or the assigned Halls in coordination with the sales targets set by management, considering commercial needs.
Manage the suppliers responsible for the realization of setups and/or various supplies.
Oversee and control exhibitors' stand projects and obtain the necessary authorizations from the location.
