Responsabilità Own delivery and implementation after initial setup using Prince2 and Agile
Deliver business transformation projects in the public sector and healthcare
Plan, manage and implement organizational change and governance initiatives




Identify value-creation opportunities and help clients sustain benefits
Collaborate with senior client management to translate strategic objectives into concrete initiatives
Support service redesign, process management, and workforce capability building
Ensure outcomes are measurable and aligned with client objectives
Requisiti fondamentali Master in Business, Economics or Engineering
5+ years delivering digital transformation in public sector or public healthcare
Solid knowledge of project delivery tools and methods (MS Project, Prince2, Agile)
Highly analytical with strong conceptual problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a hands-on problem-solver
Ability to adapt communication style for diverse stakeholders
Fluent in English and Italian
