As an exempt leadership role, Store Managers are expected to maintain a flexible schedule that supports the needs of the business. This position typically requires 40+ hours per week, generally across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing levels, customer demand, store performance, and overall business needs. Pay Range: $58,235.00 - $98,990.00
