Hitachi Rail is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Materials Management Technician who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Plan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during the project execution phase in collaboration with the cost control office.
Provide all supply chain inputs necessary to define and issue the integrated project plan.
Issue and distribute planning and logistics documents (Logistics Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.)

Coordinate all planning and logistics activities between legal entities involved in the project to ensure delivery of project materials (including spare parts and repair of failed materials) in line with project requirements.

Issue purchase requests for all materials, external services, packages, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure issuance of supplier logistics and supply planning documentation in line with contractual requirements (Performance Guarantee, Transport Plan, Procurement Plan, Manufacturing Plan, etc.).
Monitor and report supplier performance (including logistics suppliers) in terms of production, FAT, delivery times, shipping, warehouse management, and compliance with contractual requirements.
