The Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for combining clinical expertise with a strong commercial mindset to develop Masimo’s presence across hospitals and private healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.



The role builds trusted relationships with clinicians and key decision-makers, identifies business opportunities, and supports customers throughout the sales cycle through product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, implementation and ongoing education.
This position reports to the Country Manager, is part of the Sales Team in Italy and will work remotely to cover Emilia-Romagna and Marche.
Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, private clinics, clinicians, key opinion leaders and other healthcare stakeholders across the assigned territory.
Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities for Masimo’s patient monitoring technologies.
Manage the full sales cycle, including account qualification, product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, negotiations, closing and post-sale follow-up.
Provide clinical expertise and support for Masimo products, particularly in critical care environments such as Anesthesia, ICU, NICU/PICU and Emergency Care.
