We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Design & Development Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will support the HR Development and Operations (HRDO)
team in managing the increased operational workload resulting from the migration of the NORAM countries to myHR. With an increase in integrations requiring ongoing support and maintenance, as well as the introduction of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), you will play a key role in maintaining service stability, provide specialist technical expertise and support the successful transition of the NORAM countries into business-as-usual operations following go-live.
This role supports the Technical Support & Technical Development Leads with team management, the operation and maintenance of our Oracle HCM SaaS platforms and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will be involved in incident, request, change, and problem management, while supporting the delivery of technical projects and programmes in line with business objectives, Group guidelines, and policies.
