About youAs our Growth Marketing Lead, you will be the main POC for the Territory and a thought partner to our Country Managers.You will drive the strategy for Marketing on the ground in each market, partnering with your Performance, Organic Social,



Community and Creative colleagues to deliver strategies deeply connected to local business priorities and audience opportunities.You’ll be accountable Marketing performance at a macro level and be consistently ‘vocal for local’ in achieving these goals.
What you’ll do
- Own end to end marketing strategies for your territory of ‘Pioneering’ and ‘Frontier’ Markets
- Apply a full (marketing) funnel view to tracking and driving results
- Connecting the dots between brand & performance media, and our O&O; channels
- Drive local brand marketing strategy and connect brand messaging with that of the rest of our paid & owned channels
- Execute field marketing projects to test events/partnerships as a new vehicle for building the brand and acquiring new customers

What we're looking for
- Extensive experience in delivering local market strategies, as part of a global organization
- A proven track record of driving commercial outcomes
- Generalist marketing knowledge with an understanding of how and when to pull different marketing levers to drive results
- A team player - a strong collaborator and a supportive colleague
- A critical thin
