As Instrument and Electrical Packaging Senior Engineer (Senior Engineer, Product Design and Engineering - Automation & Control)
- Lead business‑critical projects through the execution of Instrumentation engineering activities, ensuring compliance with applicable international standards, customer requirements,
safety regulations, and engineering best practices.
- Design and review instrumentation and electrical systems, documentation, and technical deliverables, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the engineering focal point for Electrical and Instrumentation packaging initiatives, collaborating closely with Procurement and Manufacturing to propose and execute packaging strategies.
- Facilitate interactions identifying opportunities to improve collaboration, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Be accountable, own and drive the resolution of Design‑related NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports) and support the team for the closure of Oracle Punch Points, identifying root causes and implementing continuous improvement and loop‑back actions to improve quality performance and manufacturability.
