Your Impact
As Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals who care for mothers, newborns, and critically ill patients every day.
You will:
• Drive sales and market share of Medela's Professional Care portfolio within your assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Build trusted relationships with neonatologists, maternity teams, surgeons, healthcare professionals, procurement specialists, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support, and customer training.
• Represent Medela at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
