Company Description TomWare is an established ICT and infrastructural system integration provider, delivering networking, cybersecurity, telemetry, and business-critical support services to enterprise customers.
Role Description The System Engineer will work on-site in Ravenna in a full-time capacity, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems and infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and administering servers and networks, monitoring system performance, and resolving technical issues to ensure high availability and stability. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, providing technical support to internal stakeholders and clients, and documenting system configurations and procedures.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Systems Engineering and Systems Design to plan, implement, and optimize complex infrastructures.




• Proficiency in System Administration for servers, networks, and related services, including monitoring and configuration management.
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity best practices, and ICT infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server) and virtualization or cloud technologies.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to document processes and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Ravenna and manage tasks independently while contributing to team goals.
• English and Italian Language
