Responsabilità
Collaborate in 2-3 person teams on client engagements.
Apply management consulting methods to corporate finance issues and strategy work.
Gather, analyze, and test hypotheses; develop and communicate recommendations.
Present results to client management and assist with implementing recommendations.
Receive training and mentoring from colleagues, including a partner advisor and formal onboarding.
Participate in project staffing decisions with a development-focused manager.
Requisiti fondamentali
~ Master's degree (MBA or finance-related postgraduate degree advantageous)
~4+ years of strategy, corporate finance, M&A; or due diligence experience in consulting, investment banking, accounting, or a major corporation
~ Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
~ Proven leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
~ Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian
