We're hiring a Growth Analytics & Automation Specialist to build the data backbone of our digital businesses. We create, launch, and scale B2 C & B2 B products through performance marketing and we're ready to level up how we use data and automation to drive decisions. We want someone who owns the data end-to-end and constantly asks: What do we do about it? and, whenever possible, how do we automate it? Track and analyze performance across products, campaigns, funnels, and checkouts Own KPIs like CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, LTV, retention, and churn Audit and fix tracking/attribution issues across ad platforms, CRM, checkout, and payment processors Build dashboards and alerting systems for management and performance teams Investigate anomalies and find root causes, not just symptoms Work directly with developers to improve tracking and data flow Spot manual,



repetitive work and help automate it from insight to action What You Bring Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4/GTM SQL and solid data analysis skills Experience building dashboards and BI reporting A real technical understanding of how data is generated, collected, and stored Curiosity, sharp reasoning, and the ability to dig into unfamiliar systems fast Nice to have: Python, server-side tracking, Meta CAPI, Big Query/data warehouse, webhooks, automation tools, experimentation & anomaly detection.
