Manufacturing Quality Engineer Internship

Location: Agordo, IT

Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor production activities, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Plant Quality Management System by promoting process optimization and operational excellence.
- Analyze quality data and production KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Support problem‑solving activities using structured quality methodologies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Assist in the management of non‑conformities, customer complaints, and internal quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to quality performance and improvement initiatives.




- Perform scrap analysis and identify trends to support process improvements.
- Support the implementation of managerial action plans and supervise technical corrective actions.
- Support project‑management activities in collaboration with stakeholders from other departments and plants.
- Assist in the development or improvement of internal procedures.
- Support validation activities related to material management and process capability.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to qualitative returns and product conformity.
- Ensure the application and tracking of quality indicators within the production area.
- Contribute to delivering innovative solutions aimed at eliminating process‑related flaws.
- Support the escalation process for unresolved cross‑functional issues in critical product lines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, preferably Mechanical or Materials Engine
