We're looking for a driven, energetic Business Development Executive who knows how to turn a cold prospect into a real conversation - and a real conversation into a qualified sales opportunity.

This is a part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, connecting, influencing and winning, and who wants the flexibility of working on a tempo parziale basis.

You'll be joining one of our clients, an exciting technology-focused organisation, and playing a key role in building their pipeline across the Italian market.

What you'll be doing

You'll be at the front line of new business - identifying the right companies,



finding the right people and starting conversations that matter.

Your day will include:
- Hunting for new opportunities and identifying high-potential prospects across the Italian market.
- Creating conversations through a multi-channel approach - telephone, email and LinkedIn.
- Engaging prospects and building relationships from the very first interaction.
- Booking high-quality meetings and creating Sales Qualified Leads for the sales team.
- Understanding prospect needs and qualifying opportunities against agreed criteria.
- Keeping the momentum high, managing a consistent volume of outbound activity while maintaining quality.
- Owning your CRM activity in Salesforce, ensuring account data, activity, qualification details and market feedback are accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with Enterprise Sales and Inside Sales to turn qualified opportunities into pipeline.
