We are looking for someone who wants to drive our growth in Campania and Calabria, with autonomy, commercial vision and a desire to make their mark..FUNCTIONS AND TASKSActively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities with MEP consultants, engineering firms, architects, developers, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.Identify and develop strategic projects from an early stage , positioning Airzone solutions and securing their specification in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, engineers, architects, developers, contractors,
and other key decision-makers and project influencers.Provide technical-commercial advice and recommend the most appropriate Airzone solutions according to project requirements.Deliver technical presentations, solution proposals, and training sessions to consultants, engineering firms, developers, contractors, and strategic partners.Own and actively manage the regional specification and project pipeline , ensuring systematic follow-up of opportunities and accurate CRM management.Monitor specified projects throughout their development and drive their progression from specification to commercial conversion .Facilitate the transition of specified projects to the Professional Channel, working closely with wholesalers, distributors, installers, and the HVAC Sales Account Manager to maximise conversion.Collaborate with the other Sales Account Managers of the reg to identify and develop smart-building and integration opportunities withi
