To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Leader to drive the vision and execution of our Claims products in Italy. Claims management is at the heart of the experience we provide to our customers and a key area of Prima’s competitive advantage. This is your chance to lead and shape one of our most strategic and impactful product areas.

You'll be a trusted partner to Italy's Claims leadership, enabiling strong collaboration between Product, Engineering and the business to shape ambitious visions and turn them into scalable, effective products and processes.



You'll lead the Product team dedicated to Claims Italy and play a key role in defining how technology and AI can help us improve claims management as Prima continues to grow.

What you’ll do
- Define the vision and roadmap. Own and shape the product strategy for Claims Italy alongside Engineering, Product and Claims business leadership, translating business challenges and opportunities into a clear product direction and roadmap.
- Drive business impact. Identify and prioritise the problems and opportunities with the highest impact on our customers, claims operations and business performance, ensuring teams remain focused on outcomes rather than output.
- Lead high-impact initiatives. Enable the discovery and execution of complex initiatives across the Claims domain, from improving existing processes to introducing new platform capabilities, automation and AI.
