NovaTaste is seeking a hands-on Food Scientist/Operations specialist to join its R&D; and OPS activities in Parma.

The role focuses on pilot plant maintenance, application trials, raw materials evaluation, and collaboration with Quality, Production, Local Purchasing and CS.
Requirements include a Diploma in Food Science and Technology, xivgfpx 3–5 years in a food company (experience in meat is a plus), and fluent Italian and English.
