- salary range 140.000 to 160.000
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new market opportunities and oversee business development initiatives
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders




- Collaborate with other C-Suite members to align commercial goals with overall business strategy
- Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities, ensuring continuous improvement
- Oversee budget planning and ensure optimal allocation of resources
- Proven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making xivgfpx skills
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in developing and executing business plans
- A degree in business, economics, or a related field
- Fluency in Italian, with a good command of English
