YOUR ROLE
Design, develop, configure, customize, debug, and maintain complex ServiceNow solutions.
Deliver and enhance solutions across ITSM modules, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Develop advanced Service Catalog solutions, including Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables, Variable Sets, approvals, fulfillment processes, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
Perform extensive JavaScript development and ServiceNow scripting, including both server-side and client-side development.
Develop automation and technical solutions using PowerShell and other scripting technologies where required.Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, APIs, connectors, and external systems.
Analyze, debug, enhance, and optimize complex existing customizations and code through thorough root-cause analysis.
Configure and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Data Policies, Scheduled Jobs, Workflows, and Flow Designer components.
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and scalable technical solutions.
Develop and execute tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.Support releases, deployments, upgrades, and production troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams within Agile and Scrum environments.
Lead technical discussions and provide technical guidance where required.Contribute to engineering excellence through knowledge sharing, quality improvements, and continuous learning.
YOUR PROFILE
10+ years of overall professional experience, including 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow project experience.Strong enterprise experience working within international corporate environments.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, especially Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.Advanced Service Catalog deve
