GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

As a Plant Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations and administrative functions of the plant or suite of plants.



You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various departments to help facilitate daily operations. You will assist the Plant Manager in required reporting. Perform purchasing functions as necessary to ensure an adequate supply of consumables and repair parts. Assists in establishing procedures and preparing reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide essential administrative support to plant management, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel accommodations, and maintaining calendars.
- Create and maintain accurate records for inventory, maintenance, monthly operating reports, personnel files, and other records. Maintain correct records per corporate record retention management policies.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Interface with contractors and vendors as necessary to ensure all required maintenance and parts requi
