Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Finance Officer to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, VAT/TDS reconciliation, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and well-maintained financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
- Handle VAT/TDS reconciliation and return filing.
- Perform cash, bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and revenue-related accounting. Prepare financial reports, audit schedules, and supporting documents.
- Calculate and verify employee, sales, and commission incentives.
- Supervise and review the work of Junior Accountants.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance,



proper documentation, and confidentiality of financial records.

Required Qualifications For This Job
- Required Education Level: Undergraduate (Bachelor)
- Required Experience: More than 3 years

Other Specification
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of VAT/TDS reconciliation and return filing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally accounting software.
- Ability to maintain and manage financial records accurately.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills. xbvzest
