Your Role And ResponsibilitiesIn our Customer Support team, you will contribute to the transition towards digital tools, supporting the adoption of practical solutions. You will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of customer orders, from initial entry into our systems to ongoing coordination and assistance throughout the process

- Contributing to the identification and adoption of digital solutions that support team activities and process evolution.
- Exploring the use of AI-based tools and automation to support specific order entry steps, from data collection to document or information handling.
- Leading the resolution of customer requests by coordinating with internal teams.
- Managing the end‑to‑end handling of orders (e.g., scheduling, invoicing, transportation).
- Keeping customers proactively informed and helping clarify their requests.
- Leading initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience, ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and reliability throughout the order process.

Qualifications For The Role
- You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- You are passionate about digital tools and customer support processes
