Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is currently recruiting a Multi-Property Director of Sales. Reporting to the Multi-Property General Manager, the Multi-Property Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales and commercial activities for Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan and The Rome EDITION. This role provides strategic leadership across Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, and customer loyalty. The position requires a highly commercial, results-driven leader who can develop and execute integrated sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and inspire high-performing teams across two luxury properties.

SCOPE OF WORK

- Achieving revenue, market share, booking pace, and profitability objectives.
- Developing and executing integrated sales, distribution, and commercial strategies aligned with Marriott International and brand priorities.




- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ownership, business partners, and Marriott stakeholders.
- Maximizing hotel visibility and market positioning through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
- Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value through exceptional commercial leadership.
- Leading, developing, and inspiring Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations teams across both properties.
- Ensuring commercial discipline, financial stewardship, and compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedures.
