About the role




This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality strategic planning and policy outcomes that support Seqwater’s long-term priorities. You will develop trusted strategies, policy advice and planning frameworks that guide future investment decisions, while ensuring recommendations are evidence-based, defensible and able to withstand regulatory and government scrutiny. As a people leader, you will foster an engaged, high-performing team and ensure the effective delivery of services that support stakeholders, customers and the community.

What you'll bring
- Degree qualification in Planning, Policy, Engineering, Science, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
- Strong demonstrated professional experience in strategic planning and policy, preferably within a regulated utility, infrastructure or public sector environment.
- Strong understanding of long-term strategic planning across demand, climate, growth, policy and regula
