Quince is seeking a Director of Specialty Fibers to lead the end-to-end fiber strategy, sourcing, quality, and cross-functional collaboration across global markets. You will build supplier ecosystems for cashmere, merino, yak, and alpaca, drive cost optimization and nearshoring, and translate technical fiber specs into manufacturable products that meet luxury standards.
