Your responsibilities
As a team member in Site Management at TechnoAlpin Indoor , you are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our international snow installation projects – from order placement through to final handover to the customer. The goal is to deliver luxury‑segment projects (wellness hospitality, retail, museums) to a high standard of quality, on schedule, and within the defined cost framework.




- Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of international projects
- Coordination of internal installation teams as well as external partners and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and contractual requirements
- Central point of contact for customers throughout the entire project
- Organizing and supporting assembly and commissioning phases domestically and abroad
- Regular project reporting as well as active risk and change management

Your profile
- Technical education or a technical background
- Experience in site management
- Structured, independent, and solution‑oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers and international teams
- Good English skills and willingness to travel internationally
