Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable IT professional to coordinate and deliver desktop support for a range of devices in our Lecce, Italy office. You will provide onsite/on‑call assistance to end-users, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery and collaboration with other IT teams.
Responsibilities include configuring new workstations, managing assets, and supporting VPN/remote access. Strong Windows and Office 365 knowledge, plus familiarity with ServiceNow or Zendesk, are required.
