The Laser Specialist will be part of the R&D; technical department for laser technology. The candidate will provide substantive guidance to (or participates in, coordinates and supervises) R&D; activities, bridging the gap between advanced research and practical product implementation, ensuring that all new developments meet the highest scientific and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate possesses deep scientific expertise and capability to produce technical documents and specifications.

Responsibilities
- Advanced design of laser optical solutions with the ability to make use of dedicated optical software (e.g. Zemax)
- Drafting complex technical documentation, detailed technical specifications, and system-level requirements. Translating high level feature specifications to process specifications for mechanical, software and electrical teams
