Jobgether is seeking a customer-focused professional to join its fully remote Client Experience team. You will support clients across multiple markets, explaining financial products and troubleshooting across channels while maintaining compliance and accurate records.
You will work with a globally distributed team, leveraging Salesforce or Zendesk to manage cases and contribute to service quality improvements. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages highly desirable.
